All products are designed, produced, and shipped from Seoul, South Korea.
We ship via Korea Post (우체국) with tracking.

Production Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days

  • Custom embroidery / small patch pieces: 5–14 business days

  • Made-to-order garments: 2–4 weeks (up to 30 days)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • United Kingdom
    Standard tracked shipping is £5 and usually arrives in 7–14 business days.
    Express shipping is £10 and usually arrives in 3–7 business days.

  • Europe (EU / EEA)
    Standard tracked shipping is £7 and usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on local customs.
    Express shipping is £15 and usually arrives in 3–10 business days.

  • North America (US / Canada)
    Standard tracked shipping is £7, arriving in approximately 7–18 business days.
    Express shipping is £15, arriving in 3–7 business days.

  • Asia (Japan / Hong Kong / Taiwan / Singapore)
    Standard tracked shipping is £4 and arrives in 4–8 business days.
    Express shipping is £10 and arrives in 2–5 business days.

  • Middle East (UAE / Israel)
    Standard tracked shipping is £8 and usually takes 10–21 business days.
    Express shipping is £18 and usually arrives in 4–10 business days.

  • Oceania (Australia / New Zealand)
    Standard tracked shipping is £7 and usually takes 10–21 business days.
    Express shipping is £15 and usually arrives in 4–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to customs and local carrier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

Import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address & Delivery Issues

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
Updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on carrier systems.
