Many of our products are handmade and/or created using upcycled, pre-loved, or limited materials.

  • Minor wear may be present in upcycled materials.

These features are part of the product’s character and not considered defects.
Please consider this before placing an order.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary depending on your device settings.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Once payment is processed and the order is confirmed, cancellation may not be available.

Prices are listed in GBP (₤) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • You will pay all charges incurred under your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing times:

  • Embroidery / custom-made items: 5–14 business days

  • Made-to-order garments: up to 30 days

  • Ready-to-ship items: usually dispatched within 2–5 business days

Delivery times vary by destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, artwork, images, and content on the Store are the property of nju: the sophist.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (including Shopify and payment processors).
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or performance.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Store:

  • To violate intellectual property or privacy rights
